In line with its renewed emphasis on the North American market and maximizing opportunities for advertisers in the region, Snapchat has announced a new partnership with media measurement company VideoAmp. This collaboration will offer agency partners enhanced reach planning and measurement tools to better support their clients.

VideoAmp offers comprehensive cross-platform tracking data to help brands assess the overall effectiveness of their ad campaigns. Now, it will integrate additional data from Snap to enhance ad tracking on the platform.

According to Snap:

“VideoAmp is the first planning tool that integrates all of our available inventory, including video and AR. With over 300 million Snapchatters engaging with AR daily, it’s crucial that we help our partners plan for new formats like AR. This integration will enable agencies to not only strategize with Snapchat in mind but also understand how their campaigns impact key metrics, such as incremental reach to TV buys and TV tune-in.”

These advanced third-party analytics tools will aid in campaign planning, ensuring that more advertisers can make informed decisions regarding their Snap ad expenditures.

Snapchat is renewing its focus on the North American market to maximize revenue opportunities. While the platform has seen user growth, much of this increase has occurred in markets where ad earnings remain low.
