Terms of Service End-User License Agreement
Welcome to EzApp, a social media management platform that allows users to schedule, plan, and automate their social media presence. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our platform and services (“Service”). By registering as a member or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

Restrictions:. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or software. You also agree not to reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software.
Updates:. EzApps may update the software from time to time. These updates are designed to improve, enhance, and further develop the services and may take the form of bug fixes, enhanced functions, new software modules, and completely new versions. You agree to receive such updates as part of your use of the services.
EzApps integrates with various third-party APIs, including:
Google API: For scheduling and posting on Google My Business.
Meta API (Facebook and Instagram): For managing and automating posts on Facebook and Instagram.
Twitter API: For scheduling and posting tweets.
LinkedIn API: For managing and automating posts on LinkedIn.
Note: We use official Social Media APIs available through Developer Centers. We are not responsible for any changes made by these social media platforms that may affect the functionality of our services. We do not guarantee compatibility with these APIs indefinitely and do not provide refunds for issues originating from changes in these APIs.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Compliance: You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you post, upload, or otherwise make available through our services. You must ensure that your content does not violate any laws or infringe on any third-party rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EzApps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

* Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
* Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services.
* Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party.
* Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the services.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EzApps, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:
