The same source cites the Netherlands Prime Minister Mark Rutte in X that he spoke with South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol about the NATO-Seoul partnership, "defence industrial cooperation, and the interconnected security of the Euro-Atlantic and Indo-Pacific."

South Korea yesterday accused the North of ferrying 1,500 troops to Russia aboard naval vessels on Oct. 8-13 in support of Moscow's war against Ukraine.

According to the National Intelligence Service, Pyongyang intends to deploy approximately 10,000 troops to Russia, Yonhap News reported.

Earlier yesterday, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said Russia is preparing to deploy 10,000 North Korean soldiers in the fight against Kyiv.
