After bringing back Link Sticker in August, new creative considerations for your updates on LinkedIn, the site has now added 'Person' and 'Page' variations also, with even more ways to drive more traffic with LinkedIn posts.
Now you can, in addition to the frame itself holding an original link sticker that lets you paste in a URL of your choice on top, link out to internal profiles, which might help drive more engagement within the app.

Which is an interesting consideration, given that LinkedIn keeps seeing 'record levels' of engagement every single quarter.

As the platform has broadened from solely business-to-business postings, greater forms of engagement have taken place within the LinkedIn feed, an area LinkedIn has tried to facilitate better through a variety of new tools and features, such as link stickers and native carousel posts.

And while LinkedIn Stories isn't happening, in a sense, parts of what would've filled LinkedIn Stories now seem to be making their way into LinkedIn's standard post options-for example, these link sticker options-and new post templates.
That gives you all sorts of new options for creating your LinkedIn presence, and engaging your audience within the app.

And with Twitter about to get really weird under Elon Musk, maybe LinkedIn sees a lot more action-especially if business people looking to build their personal brand go seeking some new outlet for community-building.

For one, LinkedIn would seem to be the easiest fit for me because that would share your posts with many people in your niche, without resorting to short videos or enclosed groups.

Of course, nobody knows what will come of Twitter under Elon Musk, but the signs, so far, are not good.

But if things turn bad at the app, then LinkedIn could potentially benefit from it, and that would be something to watch out for all social media managers and users hoping to maximize their reach and resonance.
