In what is his second appearance in national headlines this week, as the billionaire got trending on Twitter for joining up with Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump at a rally in Butler, PA, Elon Musk has confirmed a slate of campaign appearances throughout the Keystone State from Wednesday through Monday .
The new slate reportedly relates to Musk's America PAC, which supports Trump's 2024 campaign.
The Keystone State of Pennsylvania is emerging as a critical battleground in the November 5 election, with Trump facing off against the Democratic candidate and current Vice President Kamala Harris.
Musk's agreement to appear with Trump has drawn comment, particularly with the tech billionaire endorsing Trump and going after Democratic elites.
Musk joined Trump for the first time at an October 5 rally in Butler.
During the rally, Musk spoke before the crowd wearing a "Make America Great Again" hat and expressed himself as going deeper and deeper in support of Trump, referring to the election as a "must-win situation."
He even came up with the term "dark MAGA" to classify himself and his stance.
In the rally, he took it a notch higher by even glorifying Trump's resilience, focusing on his reaction to the assassination attempt that he narrowly survived in July at the same location.
Comparing Trump's strength under fire to other political figures, Musk said, "The true test of someone's character is how they behave under fire."
As the CEO of Tesla and SpaceX and owner of X (formerly Twitter), he exerts a social media influence that can be powerful.
He has used it to mobilize support for Trump and to warn of the consequences he believes would befall America with a presidency by Kamala Harris.
Lately, Musk has publicly stated several high-profile billionaires, such as Bill Gates and Reid Hoffman, are sabotaging Trump's election chances for the 2024 election.
Musk suggested these people are afraid a Trump victory may make it possible for information now circulating about some of Epstein's associates to become public.
He said, "if Trump wins, that Epstein client list is gonna become public," mentioning directly Gates and Hoffman as examples of Democratic donors whom he said were allegedly frightened by such a result.
Both Gates and Hoffman have spoken out about their relationships with Epstein in the past.
Gates expressed regret for ever meeting Epstein, describing an original motivation of philanthropy. Hoffman reportedly toured Epstein's private island for a fund-raising effort to benefit MIT.
The campaign events Musk is to attend in Pennsylvania come at a very crucial time for Trump's election campaign. The state has emerged as one of the highly contested battlegrounds in the 2024 race.
Pennsylvania voters have historically made all the difference in determining presidential elections. Both campaigns, for this reason, are seriously focusing on the state.
Trump, like other supporters, will depend on proponents such as Musk to convince the undecided voters and ensure their triumph over Harris.
The outcome for Pennsylvania could well be decided by the hard-hitting campaign of the last couple of weeks from both camps.
