AWS CEO Matt Garman has some stern words for remote workers: return to the office or quit. In a recent statement to employees who do not like the new five-day in-person work policy, the Amazon executive said there are other companies around, presumably companies they can work for remotely, Reuters reported on Thursday.

That would mark a return to full office time for the company, following almost a year of working three days a week, according to employees. Amazon Chief Executive Andy Jassy announced the plan to staff last month.

The latest tech CEO to stomp his foot on the matter of work-from-home is Garman, though he's not the first. Earlier in the year, Dell reportedly issued a statement that employees won't be considered for promotions if they do not come into the office. It seems, however that for most people, work-from-home chances are not going anywhere anytime soon; studies say most remote workers would quit if they had to return to the office.
